In 2018, Spartan Truck Company began the search for a facility to expand production and diversify its product portfolio by developing an automated side loader. In May 2019, the Company purchased a 470,000 square foot facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. The facility allows for greater capabilities and expansion for years to come. In the fall of 2020, Spartan Truck Company unveiled the safest refuse body in the industry: Spartan 300 Full Eject Automated Side Loader, featuring the industry’s first automated clean-out mechanism.
